For 14 years our Big Hanna composter has been installed at Kelly’s Resort Hotel & Spa in Co Wexford in Ireland. This Big Hanna composter model T480 has an infeed system that automatically macerates and dewaters the food waste before it is fed into the composter. The hotel separates the food waste in the kitchen area and take the food waste bins to the composter. A bin lift empties the bins in the hopper and the food waste is fed into the composter. The compost automatically falls into the bin under the outlet.
